Stephen and Hayley would love to be able to welcome you to DAU DDEG SAITH.  DAU DDEG SAITH is the home that Stephen was raised in from age 7.  

 

During 2019-2021 DAU DDEG SAITH  was fully renovated, we make no exaggeration when we tell you that the only original parts of the property are the front and side walls also the front windows and doors.

Insulation, space and heating were big factors during renovation planning.  The property was converted from 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom to 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a modern underfloor heating system was installed which can be controlled over the internet.

A small flat roof extension was knocked down and a bigger pitched roof extension built.

We are really pleased with the way the renovation has turned out in particular the extension and high quality kitchen
